Start of the Project.
Theme Selection.
My first impressions of the group I chose centered on the wide variety of themes one could explore.
I have always loved the sky and sunsets—I’m the type of person who is constantly taking photos of the sky—so it seemed like a great idea to capture the sky in my surroundings, especially since it is so striking in how constantly it changes.

Team Communication.
Upon joining the group, I noticed the large number of people sharing their own photography projects, and I could even see the feedback they were exchanging. This showed me that there are people actively engaged in the group—it’s a vibrant community with plenty of interaction.

Contributions Made.
By the time I’m writing this post, I’ve already made several contributions. I’d like to highlight my very first one, which was accepted without any issues; this motivated me to keep looking for shots of the sky that would look great on websites, effectively creating a sort of virtual gallery.

My Thoughts on the Project.
These were my initial impressions of both the photography group and the experience of starting to contribute.
I’m excited to be part of a team where I can also support creators of websites and other media. I’m very passionate about photography, and finding a space where I can share it is fantastic. Contributing and coming together is always a great way to get things done.
